The label and collective Posh Isolation has come a long way – from the low key beginnings as a tight-knit group in Copenhagen, they’ve become a far-reaching sonic net of intertwined personas who seem to overcome musical egoism in order to reach high places of unheard sounds. On October 18th we launch the new live show series with three Posh-affiliated acts: Damien Dubrovnik, Croatian Amor and Age Coin.

Damien Dubrovnik is a duo consisting of Christian Stadsgaard and Loke Rahbek, who have both been instrumental in establishing noise and punk community in Copenhagen. Their live show is infamous for raw intensity and expressiveness verging on performance art.

Loke Rahbek’s solo project Croatian Amor realises a distinct and brilliant intimacy about the bracing pace and chronicles of the contemporary world. ”Composing with pop artefacts of the circuits that interlace our lives, emotion is threaded through the flux of virtual communication and kaleidoscopic lusts to reveal a new romantic horizon.”

Also on the bill is Age Coin – “revered for their generous deep hitting live shows, they are a gentle and vigorous envelope of human emotion. From slow and low to subtle speed through damp environments of fluorescent green canopies. Animals imitating machinery and vice versa make up a sense of rhythm, building and deconstructing only to challenge its own stamina.”

An accompanying DJ set will be provided by Polygon affiliate em ju es aj si who will provide a selection of noisy techno, ambient and beyond.
