!!!!
We are very sorry to say that The Black Madonna won’t perform tonight due to illness. We wish you a speedy recovery Marea! Please read Marea’s official statement below. However, we are already working on finding the soonest possible date for her to blow Ankali’s roof off.
”Marea is heartbroken to no longer be playing at Ankali, Prague or Woo club, Naples this weekend as she is very ill and barred from travel under doctor’s orders. Thank you in advance for your understanding and good wishes. We’ll reschedule at the earliest possible convenience.”
Luckily, one of the very first DJ’s who played in our club more than a year ago, agreed to step in at this very short notice — Massimiliano Pagliara, Panorama bar resident and restless preacher of love will come back tonight as our last minute Friday Saviour. Good to see you back Massi! ?
(Entry amended to 250 CZK / 290 CZK)

The Black Madonna became an overnight sensation circa 2015 and since then has been spreading her house and disco gospel literally all over the globe. On Friday Nov 9th she’s finally coming to Prague. Joining her in Ankali will be two of our residents Mutuju and Psj.
Followed decades of devoted work in the dj booth, as a resident and later a booker in Smart Bar Chicago, The Black Madonna’s aka Marea Stamper’s journey has been paved by infectious love for ecstatic music that makes people move as well as her political awareness towards the world of men-driven club scene of the 21st century. Besides her ultra-busy dj schedule [she’s played everywhere from Primavera Festival, Unsound and Coachella to Panorama Bar and Robert Johnson] she’s been an important voice in restoring the roots of club culture [respect, diversity, queerness] for the new generations.
Warming up the floor for her Prague debut will be our eclectic resident Mutuju, while the closing duties will be taken care of by the beloved [mostly House] selector Psj.
