In the summer of 2022, a group of musicians, artists and researchers gathered for the ‚Field Research‘ residency organised by the Leštnice collective in Maříž, a small village in south Czechia to experiment and work on sustainable, environmental and communal topics.The ‚Habitat Ensemble‘, a project led by Marius Houschyar in collaboration with the residents, aimed to create a sense of community, awareness and connection to the environment through musical experimentation and expression. The project culminated in an album, released in November 2023 on the ever–inspiring Music From Memory label and becomes a musical record of that gathering, a collection of moments of improvisation and field recordings.

Marius Houschyar, Music From Memory’s label head Tako, and members of Leštnice collective which runs the summer schools in Mařiž, will meet at the upcoming edition of Jedno Ucho at pluto to share an hour and half of listening and memory sharing.
The night will continue with an album release party on Planeta Za’s dancefloor.

Jedno Ucho is a series of listening evenings reserved for communal and concentrated music listening and discussion at Planeta Za.
