Two years after Lunchmeat brought Pinch and Lorem’s ‘Red Rabbit’ AV to the main festival, they are bringing the Bristolian heavyweight to Prague again to celebrate two decades of Pinch’s label, Tectonic.

Starting life in 2005, Tectonic began as a home for sleek and modern strains of dubstep, with plenty of certified classics from the likes of Loefah, Cyrus, Distance and Joker. By the time the Tectonic Plates 3 compilation came around in 2013, that roster expanded to capture new takes on UK-flavoured club music from 2562, Roska, or Addison Groove, paving the way for Tectonic’s mid-decade rebirth as a formative label in the developing ‘weightless’ sound pushed by Mumdance & Logos, or Acre and Elmono’s stripped-back, ice-cold experimental club music.

Joining Pinch from Bristol is Yushh, who graced the outdoor stage at Lunchmeat 2024. Since 2019 Yushh runs Pressuredome, one of the UK’s must-watch bass and club music labels with a sparing but immaculate catalogue with plenty of compilations and collaboration-based releases. Her own music, weirdly and wonderfully dubby and textural with plenty of kick, has been released by a plethora of certified UK labels, from Rhythm Section to Wisdom Teeth and All Centre.

Our foreign guests will be joined by Průvan, a shadowy Czechia-based musician whose releases for Tectonic, sharp as nails and with the same steely demeanour, caught the ears of local label YUKU, who’ve collared the artist for local DJ sets and several EPs. Rounding off the night will be a B2B between Lunchmeat co-founder Kredence and Alyaz, a bass music producer & DJ running the Sapyens label since 2015, with a love for grime, dubstep, and jungle. Finally, Bratislava-based DJ and founder of the Selenite event series Microchic will supply a set of multilayered terrain, bass-heavy rhythms and broken beats.
