We want you to feel safe and cared for if any issue arises during your time at Ankali. Creating a safer nightlife environment is an ongoing challenge. While we do our best to provide it, we also need your help in maintaining it – by staying informed and following the guidelines outlined below.
Entry is 18+. Don’t worry, good things come to those who wait. We may ask you for ID or other proof of age at the entrance.
Are your friends coming with you for the first time? Please share this page with them so they can catch up.
When coming with friends, you can install the SafeNow app to immediately get in touch with them and know where they are during the night. You can learn more here.
Please note that the club’s lighting effects and conditions may pose risks for people with epilepsy or heightened sensory sensitivities.
If you’re not feeling well, stay in bed. Don’t give in to FOMO. We’ll be here when you’re ready.
Most of our space is wheelchair accessible, and we have an accessible restroom at Ankali. If you need assistance, please feel free to ask at the door.
We aim to create an inclusive – but protected – space. We reserve the right for our door staff to refuse entry to visitors they assess as potentially disruptive. Your communication is key. Visible intoxication, as well as aggressive or obnoxious behavior upon arrival, will certainly raise our staff’s eyebrows.
Having a presale ticket or being on the guestlist does not exempt you from the process. If you have a ticket and are refused entry at the door, you are entitled to a refund.
All our guests agree to be searched for potentially harmful items upon arrival. These items include liquids, weapons, and drugs. Please empty your water bottles beforehand. No weapons, no GHB. Valuable items (such as pocket knives, pepper sprays, etc.) will be labeled with a number and kept at the door until you leave. We do not store them afterward.
Love thy neighbour they say. Please keep that in mind when approaching or leaving our club.
If you’re carrying medication that you need to use, we’ll check it more thoroughly.
Once you’re inside, it’s very simple: treat others with respect, regardless of origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
Violent, homophobic, transphobic, and sexist behavior – or any form of harassment or discrimination – is not tolerated. If you witness such behavior, please contact our staff immediately.
Consent is key. No means no. Please keep this in mind when interacting with both friends and strangers. Be mindful of others’ limits and boundaries.
Consent can be expressed both verbally and non-verbally. It must be positive, voluntary, active, and given consciously. If you’re unsure, it’s always better to ask.
Intoxication affects a person’s ability to give consent. If someone is highly intoxicated, they are incapable of giving consent.
Consent given under pressure is not consent. Silence or a lack of reaction is not consent.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Look out for your friends and fellow clubbers. We aim to create a safe and friendly space where we support each other. Collective care is key. If someone feels unwell or behaves inappropriately, our staff is here to help.
Know your limits and pace yourself. Take breaks in our chill-out areas to rest and recharge throughout the night.
We do our best to have our core staff ready in emergency situations. As our team evolves, we regularly organize first aid and harm reduction training, along with workshops on preventing sexual harassment and violence.
Reports of drink and needle spiking have emerged in Prague. We take precautions, including security checks at the door, but please stay vigilant.
You can approach any member of our staff directly – whether it’s the night manager, security, or bartenders. The night manager and security staff wear armbands with a blue light for easy recognition. Security is stationed near the entrance but also moves throughout the club during the night.
In case of an emergency, you can call or text +420 774 112 502. Please use this only for urgent situations.
Our night manager and security team carry pagers linked to emergency buttons around the club, accessible only to our staff. These points are located at the door, entry desk, bars, and DJ booths, allowing staff to quickly summon help when needed.
For larger events, we open a Harm Reduction point, usually located in Ankali’s Listening Room or next to the entrance to Planeta Za. This is a quiet space where you can rest, recharge with supplements, and seek help from a dedicated HR team. The team also moves around the club regularly.
To ensure everyone’s privacy and comfort, it is strictly forbidden to take pictures inside the club. We’ll put a sticker on your phone camera at the entry as a reminder. If you break this rule, you’ll receive one warning—after that, you’ll be asked to leave
Dancefloor is for dancing. Please leave your bright screens hidden in the pocket.
We release a limited number of presale tickets for most in-house events. For external events, please refer to the specific event detail.
Buying a ticket in advance does not guarantee entry. Entry may be denied for reasons mentioned above. If you are refused at the door, you are entitled to a ticket refund.
Presale is over? No sweat, we always have tickets on doors.
Tickets are typically cheaper before midnight to encourage early arrivals. After midnight, the regular price applies. Presale tickets are often tiered, with the final batch priced the same as the after-midnight rate, plus fees.
The cloakroom fee is 50 CZK per person. We have two cloakrooms: one at Ankali, one at Planeta Za.
If you lose your cloakroom tag, we’ll charge you 200 CZK. You will need to wait until the end of the event to collect your items.
Please think twice about what you bring to the club. If possible, leave those beautiful earrings you inherited from your grandma at home.
If you’ve lost or left something in the club, please reach out to us at lost@anka.li. We typically reply on Tuesdays after the weekend, we are not available during the weekend.
We keep lost items for two weeks after the event. After that, they are donated to charity. Smaller and valuable items are stored for two months.
What can we do better? Our ears are always open and we value any feedback. If you have something to share, feel free to approach a member of our staff during the event, or drop us a line at feedback@anka.li
If you’d prefer to stay anonymous, you can also send us your feedback through this form.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
Distribution of advertisement or any promotional material in the club is not welcome. Please, don’t deface our space and equipment (no tagging, no stickers) or you will bear the cleaning costs.
We ask everyone – visitors, staff, artists, and promoters – to be mindful of our house rules and safety policy.
Some parts of the club are equipped with CCTV for security reasons. By entering Ankali you consent to being recorded.

An endless playground for the open minded. A planet out of orbit, searching for its sun. Happy and sad.
