sonic-fiction invites you to a deep listening session full of emotive and intimate sounds with 2 live concerts from guests from Portugal and Poland at the beautiful, meditative space of Ze Mě with a quadraphonic sound system.

usof is an ambient musician from Lisbon, Portugal. One of the co-founders of Rotten \ Fresh, Living Room and the current head of operations at the netlabel surf. For over a year, he has also joined the Rádio Quântica roster with his monthly show “for 0”. His non-stop work ethic with these crews and the close relationships with other upcoming producers and artists make him a young voice in the modern experimental music scene in Lisbon and Portugal, and also a bridge between this scene and the rest of the fast growing sound art community around the world. You can hear his personal approach to ambient music on the releases he has made so far: the Selections 0, 1 and 2 series on Rotten \ Fresh, refresh EP on surf and his live @ zdb tape released via YUNQUE; you can also find a lot of original productions on a ASMR mixtape made for WET and on several V/A compilations, guest mixes or collaborations with other artists, most notably, his track “Result” for Slagwerk or the album “CENTRO” by PURGA, a duo he has with FARWARMTH.

Zaumne is the moniker of Polish musician Mateusz Olszewski. In the past few years, he has released music on labels like Magia, Perfect Aesthetics, BAS or Czaszka Rec. Élévation, released by Mondoj and initially commissioned by WET, is his first vinyl release. Blending elements of genres like ambient, dub, minimalism and tape music with ASMR samples, field recordings and spoken word, he creates work with deep emotional focus and impact.
